John Lannan

John made his MLB debut with the Washington Nationals in 2007. He was named to the Topps All Rookie Team in 2008. He started opening day for the Nationals in 2009 and 2010. In 2013, John signed with the Philadelphia Phillies where he pitched in 14 games. In 2014, he pitched for the New York Mets. For the last two years he has played in Triple A for both the Colorado Rockies and Kansas City Royals. John relies on command of his pitches and changing speeds. He credits his success to his competitive attitude and his dedication to mental preparation. If a player believes in himself anything is possible.
