My name is Andy Loomis and I grew up in Whiting, IN. I graduated from Bishop Noll Institute (2004) and went on to pitch 2 years at South Suburban College (IL) and 2 years at Purdue University-West Lafayette. In 2008, I was drafted in the 16th round by the Florida Marlins (now Miami Marlins). In 2011, halfway from through the season I was traded in the Philadelphia Phillies. That winter I was Ruled-5 Triple-A Phase to the Baltimore Orioles were I spent 2 years in Triple-A (Norfolk Tides). I spend many of my off-season doing private baseball / pitching lessons with local youth, and love working with kids.
