Drafted in the 79th overall by the Atlanta Braves in 2003. Played 9 years of minor league baseball, 6 years with the Atlanta Braves and a year each with the Baltimore Orioles, San Francisco Giants and Minnesota Twins organizations. Selected Pitcher of the Year for the Braves Organization in 2004 and made it as high as Triple A with the Minnesota Twins. Accumulated over 750 minor league innings and 45 wins during 9 year career. After retiring from playing, became pitching coach at Alma-mater high school, Cape Coral High School for 2 years, helping 10 players advance to college baseball.
